Great hotel. My only regret is not being able to stay a bit longer to experience more of it. The room had everything I needed and the rooftop was gorge. If you are looking for a photo op or 10 defo go

Nice hotel, much better than the one in Bologna. The rooftop bar has a great view although drink options aren't great. Easy check in and out. Close to the train station and not a long walk to the Duomo.

Staff were very helpful, rooftop area was fantastic, the area was a ten minute walk from the train station and only fifteen to the centre. Whole hotel was very clean and room spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

I loved the room, the bed and the bathroom, very comfortable. The pool and the view are fantastic. Breakfast was really good. I loved the design of the place. It's a little far from the city center but it's only 15 min walk.

Nice staff at reception. Good bathroom with toiletries available. Cute spots for pictures (if you are interested) - swing at entrance, rooftop and pool. Distance to city centre ok if you want to walk (30 min walking with some transport available nearby).

Location is relatively good (20 minute walk from centre and a tram stop right outside). Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very modern and has good facilities. Free laundry service was a bonus and we liked the cafe, piano, tattoo shop and rooftop pool. Room was very good but a little tight due to it being ex student accom. Bed was very comfy and bathroom was lovely

It’s s good hotel to stay especially for a longer period of time. They have a good breakfast, commin kitchen, I think one can cook there his meals, laundry room which is free to use, rooftop terrace with a view and a bar! And a pool on the rooftop, but it was under renovation when we stayed there. People working there, all very very nice and friendly

Nice to have a "different vibe" for a hotel! After 10 days of our vacation in Italy the Social Hub was relaxing, fun, and the rooftop bar was awesome! A total surprise inside, from the enormous, full block impressive, almost overwhelming, exterior, to interior modern welcoming feelings! Student staff were awesome! A lovely mix of students of all ages, and tourists, we enjoyed many conversations with the other occupants during our stay. Having laundry facilities free to use was a huge plus in our planning, translating into smaller suitcases! The motif of the interior was bright colors, fun interiors and lovely meeting/relaxing public areas! Great experience!

What a fabulous hotel! Very cheery welcome despite arriving at 2am. Room was not huge but plenty of space for the 2 of us and our case. Shower room was perfectly sized with a good shower. Loved that there was complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in large dispensers. As well as proper sized hand-wash pump instead of those rubbish tiny soaps. The complimentary water, biscotti and coffee facilities were a lovely touch too. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet despite being on the main road. The hotel itself is lovely and modern with a chilled vibe. The rooftop bar has to be one of the best I've ever been too - certainly best one we found in Florence (we tried a few!). The roof top gym looked amazing - but only viewed from a distance... It was a bit of a walk from the centre. But we didn't mind that as we love to explore. Staff helped us book a taxi and got us a table at an amazing restaurant for Florentine steak. Would recommend this hotel in a heart beat to anyone! Although perhaps not to my parents. The distance being one part, but also think suits a younger generation.
